Welcome to ‘My Slimming World Weight Loss Wednesday’ Week number 2.

I started this new feature on my blog. It is time to get this weight off once and for all. I am planning my meals on a Monday for the following week so that I have time to buy online as I also need to get a tight reign on my grocery bill as I spend far too much. I’m on week two of my Vegetarian Slimming World Meal Plan if you want any inspiration.

Week 2. I didn’t expect much. I have chronic health problems that leave me in a lot of pain and with fatigue. My Mum helps me by taking the pressure off being a single Mum but she and my Dad took a well deserved holiday and by then end of last week, I was so tired I was almost delirious! I have a tendency to crave and survive on caffeine and sugar and last weekend was no different. We went for a picnic with friends and I took my planned and syned sandwich etc but when we arrived, there were donuts, biscuits, chocolate, crisps…you name it! I just didn’t have the strength to refuse!

I have been on plan expect that weekend though……so how did I do?

I’m not going to publish my weight as I hate how much I weigh so I have stated how many lbs I want to lose instead. My jar below is to ‘fill’ with buttons, each one representing a lb. I think a visual representation will help me ‘see’ my weight loss when I’m maybe not noticing it on my body.

My goal weight loss is: 20 lbs.

Current Weight loss : 6 lbs

12th October 2016 Weigh in = 3lbs lost

My little jar is starting to fill up. I like that! I can’t wait to see it fill a bot more and I’ll be gutted if I have to take some buttons out. Better stick to the plan then. How did you do?

  1. Really well done! I got to this point and then got hit with shingles so ended up putting a couple of lbs back on and haven’t got back into the swing of it just yet 🙁 hope you have a better time than me! xx
