Morning. Welcome to the Weekend Blog Share. Eurgh. It’s grey and drizzly and cold in North Yorkshire and I for one am getting fed up. Bear keeps asking if it is Summer yet as he has so many lovely pairs of shorts and t shirts in preparation. He’s desperate to wear them for more than a few hours before needing to put something warm on. i keep telling him ‘Soon, bubs, it will be Summer soon soon’ but here were are, on the 8th of flippin July and I’m cold in jeans, a vest and a t – shirt and so am going to stop writing to get a jumper.

Jumper on, hot coffee in hand and on I go. This is Bear, all dressed up and ready for pre – school this morning, which perfectly illustrates the confusion we have with the weather right now.

I hope you are having some decent weather and stability where you are!

Also this week, Bear had his first play and lunch at his new Primary school. He absolutely loved it! Phew, that is a weight off my chest! I stayed with him this week but next week he goes on his own but I’ve explained it to him and he seems ok with the idea that Mummy will be dropping him off so fingers crossed. Do any of you have new starters this September?
