The Weekend Blog Share is open.

Good morning, from a cooler and damper North Yorkshire than we’ve seen in days. What a bummer. It’s been so sunny and so nice recently that I really had hoped that it would stay this way for some time, but I should have known better.

Those who joined last week will know that I have taken over the blog share from the lovely Vicky at Single Mother Ahoy as she concentrates on other projects. Welcome to anyone that is here with me for the first time. We’ve had a busy week doing nothing. Bear has been at Pre – school as usual and when he hasn’t been, he’s been riding his bike a lot and playing in the garden. His small world playing has changed actually this week as his cars are being given voices and accents and I love watching and listening to him to play. I started a Computerised Accounts course yesterday which is going to be interesting. It’s going to be daunting but I’m glad to have the opportunity to learn a skill that will be so useful – if I ever decide to try and earn money from my blog, then I can do my own tax return and I can help out friends and family. I could go on and train to be a fully fledged accountant but at present, that doesn’t interest me.

So that’s us.
