Welcome to ‘My Slimming World Weight Loss Wednesday’ Week number 8.
If you are following my slimming journey, I apologise as this is getting pretty boring now. Last week I had to have a colonoscopy and I have some initial findings but I won’t know what the consultant is thinking until I have a follow up appointment and get the results of the biopsy’s which can take up to 8 weeks. Anyway, so this put my weight loss documenting on hold. Since then, I’ve not been feeling all that great but have been back to normal life and eating, just not necessarily 100% slimming. I’ve not cheated much and I think I’ve kept within my syns allowance but I haven’t been tacking and keeping note of exactly what I’ve been eating. We all know how that translates on to the scales!
How did I do this week? I maybe lost half a pound but I’m not counting it as I still weigh the same number of lbs in total. So yes, I stayed the same. Fine as I’ve been the same for weeks. I’m not putting anything on but I’m not losing it either. Time to get focused. How did you do? I hope better than me.
I’m not going to publish my weight as I hate how much I weigh so I have stated how many lbs I want to lose instead. My jar below is to ‘fill’ with buttons, each one representing a lb.
My goal weight loss is: 20 lbs.
Current Weight loss : 9 lbs
