The Living Arrows project took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”.
Every week, I shall be posting a photo taken the week before and I can’t wait to see the collection at the end of the year.
This week’s photo:
Look at that face. This photo was taken at his favourite American Diner that as you can see, has a full size, real, decommissioned, big yellow school bus in one of the dining rooms. It has tables and original bench seating inside and all the kids love it. They congregate at the steering wheel and pretend to drive, press all the buttons and switches and role play. Bear’s favourite thing to do is to hold all the power. He likes to open and close the doors for all the guests and waiters and waitresses. I think I had asked him to keep them open so that I could get a nice photo but as you can see, I didn’t get the angelic pose that I was hoping for. I got the real Bear – cheeky and happy.
Now, it’s back to school for him and back to the computer for me.
Until next time.
Thanks for reading,

Hehe he looks so cute. I hope I have a son like him.
Oh that is the nicest thing you could have said. Thank you
That bus is so cool – he looks like the cat that got the cream! We love an American diner and that one looks awesome! x
